Expert review of the artwork:
Our trained staff who are proficient in various designing software’s thoroughly whet the received artwork and undertake corrections to make sure that they are print ready to deliver the best results. -
In House CTP Platemaking:
Having the facilities for producing our own plates enables us to control the quality of the plates while cutting down on process time. -
Reviewing plates to control Dot Gain:
We use a combination of monitoring devices as well as machine fingerprinting to control and then optimize the various parameters such as dot gain.
Press & Printing : Printing – Our way of making a favorable impression
We handle printing on our highly automated offset press lines with advanced supplementary colour management equipment. We have three large format KBA 105 machines, one six colour KBA – 105 with UV coater as well as two four colour KBA 105 offset machines, that deliver the very best in print quality. In process checks ensure that the colour, tonality and overall impact you desire is the one you get.
Post press services – completing the process with finesse
Our post-print department handles various kinds of binding and finishing. We offer Perfect binding, center pining, centre stitching, hardbound book making, box making, envelope making and specialty binding etc. We also have in-house machines for folding, drilling, corner punching, creasing, and spine pressing.
Packaging & Delivery
We have tie-ups with local as well as international transporters and shippers to door deliver printed material across the world. We are fully equipped to handle special packaging requirements as per client requests and requirements.
